<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency electric component with a plurality of terminals located on a bottom side of a lamination board wherein the strength of joining between the high frequency electric component and a mount board is enhanced and the uniformity of potentials at a conductor part to reach a ground potential is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency electric component is provided with the lamination board. Functional terminals ANT1, ANT2, RX1, RX2, TX1, TX2, CT1, CT2 for signal input/output related to functions of an internal circuit of the lamination board, ground terminals G1 to G6, terminals NC1, NC2 not connected to an external circuit, and a grounding conductor part 255 are arranged on the bottom side of the lamination board.
