<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a thermosensitive recording material, which is excellent in color developing properties, in which ground fogging to the dry heat and wet heat of a color un-developed part (un-used part) is few and which is excellent in the storage stability of a color-developed image. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosensitive recording material comprises a thermosensitive color developing layer including: a normally colorless or light-colored color developable compound; and a developable compound which develops color under heat of the color developable compound on a support, wherein as the developable compound, the thermosensitive color developing layer includes any one among 4-allyloxy-4'-hydroxydiphenyl sulfone, 4-isopropoxy-4'-hydroxydiphenyl sulfone and 2,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone and a compound expressed by formula (1), wherein R represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group or a cycloalkyl group and n represents an integer of 0-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
