PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing sintered ore by which high quality sintered ore can be manufactured with high production rate in high yield at a low cost. SOLUTION: The sintered ore is manufactured from raw materials for sintering having the following characteristics: raw-material ores to be blended are composed of an iron ore A having≥9.0 mass% crystal water content, an iron ore B having≥0.10 mass% P content and≥2.0 mass% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>content, an iron ore C having 4.0 to <9.0 mass% crystal water content and an iron ore D having <4.0 mass% crystal water content; the ratio of the iron ore D in the raw-material ores is 20 to 50 mass%; and a blending ratio among the iron ores A, B and C is within the area defined by the points a, b, c and d in Figure 1.
