PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mount structure capable of dropping off an additional structure mounted when a collision occurs, while maintaining sufficient strength of a mounting bolt. SOLUTION: A power train 10 is formed freely to move toward a mounted member 2 when a car body collides. The mounted member 2 is supported by a car body panel 4 of a car body through the bolt 3. A nut 5 abutting on the car body panel 4 is fixed, and a shaft part of the bolt 3 is extended in a direction separating from the car body panel. Impact force of the collision of the car body is input to a side surface of the shaft part of the bolt so as to apply the moment in the vertical direction to the nut 5 to break the car body panel 4 outward.
