A semiconductor device and a control method in the same are provided to prevent information from being interpreted even if an analysis device or a measurement device is connected. A load detector(40) measures a load quantity of load connected to a terminal and outputs a control signal when the load quantity is almost agreed with reference load. An output controller stops data output from the terminal or outputs a specific logic to the terminal by responding to the control signal. The load detector includes a reference load output part(50) outputting the reference load, and a comparator(60) comparing the measured load quantity with the reference load received from the reference load output part and outputting the controlling signal depending on a comparison result.
