PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a building for increasing quake resistance applicable to intermediate and high rise buildings such as apartment housing, having excellent construction efficiency, manufacturable at low cost, and preventing comfortability in and after construction from being lowered. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure of a building comprises a structural portion having the columns 2 and the beams 3 of a concrete building and reinforcing walls formed on the planes of the building to be reinforced which are surrounded by the structural portions. The reinforcing wall comprises a panel 4 formed of fiber-containing hydraulic composition and a joining parts 5 formed of a fiber-containing hydraulic composition deposited at site in the structural portions having the panel 4, the columns 2, and the beams 4.
