PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction plate manufacturing method without impairing an aesthetic appearance without lacking in fixing strength of an architrave material by accurately and easily securing the length of a sticking margin arranged in a core material. SOLUTION: This construction plate manufacturing method sandwiches and fixes the outer peripheral edge of an end plate 5 fitted in a framework of the core material 1 from its both sides by the architrave material, by joining the outside edge of this architrave material 4 to the inside edge of a decorative sheet 3, by arranging the architrave material 4 in a corner part inside of the framework of the core material 1, by sticking the decorative sheet 3 to a surface of the core material 1 framed in a rectangular shape. A tool 6 is applied to the corner part inside of the framework of the core material 1, and the decorative sheet 3 is stuck to a surface of the core material 1 in a state of being positioned by allowing the inside edge of the decorative sheet to abut on this tool 6, and afterwards, the architrave material 4 is arranged and fixed by removing the tool 6.
