PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel-supporting apparatus with high long-term durability through preventing frictional wear on lubricant surfaces in a condition of heavy load or slip motion. SOLUTION: The wheel-supporting apparatus functions to rotatably support rotating members rotating together with wheels through rolling bearings attached onto the outer diameter surface of an axle. In this apparatus, grease is sealed up in the rolling bearings, the grease comprising a base oil, a thickening agent and an additive, wherein the additive consists of bismuth powder, which is compounded at 0.01-15 wt.% based on the whole grease.
