PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an adverse effect of static electricity applied through a human body. SOLUTION: This terminal comprises a key part 4 having the function of identifying a rotating position of a key 5, an IC 7 connected to the key part 4 through signal lines 8, and a control board 6 to which the IC 7 is connected.
