PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment improved in waterproof property. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 is provided with: a case body 4; a unit 5 supported by the case body 4; and a fitting part 11 disposed in the case body 4 to fit the unit 5. The fitting part 11 is formed by an opening part 14 so that it surrounds the open part 14 on its rim and is provided with a supporting wall 16 for supporting the unit 5, a notch part 17 for notching at least a part of the supporting wall 16, and a cover 18 engaged with the notch part 17.
