PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch/shrink laminated film having good low temperature shrinkability and excellent packaging finish. SOLUTION: The stretch/shrink laminated film comprises at least three layers, wherein both surface layers thereof mainly consist of a component (A) being an ethylenic polymer and the intermediate layer thereof consists of an ionomer mixed resin composition composed of components (B), (C) and (D). In this mixed resin composition, a mixing mass ratio (B)/(C) is 70-40/30-60, a mixing mass ratio (B)/(D) is 95-70/5-30 and the sum total value of the shrinkage factors in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the film at the time when the film is immersed in an oil bath of 80°C for 10 sec is 30% or above. The component (B) comprises an ionomer resin being an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid wherein the unsaturated carboxylic acid is 10-20 pts.mass and a degree of neutralization due to metal ions is 40-80%, the component (C) is an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer wherein an unsaturated carboxylic acid is 5-20 mass% and a melt flow rate is 1-30 g/10 min and the component (D) comprises a crystallizable polyamide with a melting point of 240°C or below.
