PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a lifter making easy an access to a vehicle by reducing a bending moment to reduce the size of a guide rail or abolishing the guide rail. SOLUTION: This structure of the lifter comprises a cable-like body 17 for balancing for horizontally disposing a fixed member 10, a support member 8 vertically holding one end or both ends of the fixed member 10, guide rails 4, 4a guiding the support member 8, a cable-like body 16 suspending the cable-like body 17 for balancing at the end of the fixed member 10 downward, and connection members 9 for connecting, at its right and left sides, by extending at least one end part thereof inward while providing a lateral interval of L in the lower direction of the fixed member 10.
