PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain more stable oscillation outputs within a controlling frequency range by reducing the frequency dependency of an oscillation output from a VCO (voltage controlled oscillator). SOLUTION: In the VCO provided with an oscillation circuit part including a transistor and capable of generating an oscillation signal, a resonance circuit part including a variable capacity diode constituting a resonance circuit and capable of changing oscillation frequency and a buffer circuit part for amplifying the oscillation signal outputted from the oscillation circuit part and outputting the amplified signal to the external, a circuit element (e.g. a microstrip line or chip inductor) having an inductance component is inserted into a coupling part between the oscillation circuit part and the resonance circuit part.
