PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method and device for disposing different tissues close to each other. SOLUTION: The tissue apposition device comprises a flexible shaft 302 to which at least one expansible element 310 or 312 is connected, and a positioning element 314 for moving the expansible elements 310 and 312 in the axial direction to the flexible shaft 302 and moving the tissues engaged with the expansible elements 310 and 312.
