An apparatus for manufacturing particulate lecithin wax is provided to prevent environment contamination of a workshop by inhibiting production of dust, improve size uniformity of the lecithin wax, and inhibit waste of the lecithin wax composition. The apparatus for manufacturing particulate lecithin wax comprises: a hopper(10) for stirring and supplying the introduced raw material through a agitation device(11); a heating tool(20) for heating the inside of the hopper and transporting pipes(12); a controlling tool(30) for controlling the temperature of the heating tool; a nozzle(50) for spraying the particles of a certain size, installed in the end of the transporting pipe; a pumping tool(70) for supplying the pressure to the nozzle so as to spray the liquid or gel type lecithin wax composition by force, installed in a predetermined part of the transporting pipe; a cooling chamber(80) for storing the sprayed particulate lecithin wax composition and containing the nozzle inside; a cool air-supplying tool(90) for cooling the sprayed particulate lecithin wax composition by supplying the cool air to the inside of the cooling chamber; and an air-rising tool(60) installed in the inner side of the cooling chamber and rising the particulate lecithin wax composition sprayed from the nozzle.
