A manufacturing method of a wire for correcting a set of teeth is provided to prevent the change of the color of a transparent metal material by applying a parylene film after applying a transparent metal material on a wire for correcting a set of teeth. The manufacturing method of a wire for correcting a set of teeth includes the steps of: manufacturing a metal wire with a metal alloy material; chemically etching the surface of the metal wire(21) and performing heat treatment; vacuum depositing metal material(23) on the surface of the metal wire; vacuum depositing transparent metal oxide film(24) on the metal material vacuum deposed on the surface of the metal wire; and forming a transparent parylene film(25) on the transparent metal oxide and then performing heat treatment.
