A fermentation equipment that can improve a fermentation effect of the organic waste by simultaneously discharging leachate and supplying air and evenly stirring organic waste as a whole is provided. A fermentation equipment comprises: a blowing pump(100) for generating and exhausting compressed air; a fermentation tank(200) which contains organic waste in a state that a first inflow path(210), a second inflow path(220), a first discharge path(230), a second discharge path(240), first connection paths(250) and second connection paths are formed on the bottom of the fermentation tank; a sealing cover removably installed in an upper part of the first discharge path and the second discharge path; a leachate storage tank(400) for storing leachate generated from the fermentation tank; a supply pipe part(500) comprising a first supply pipe(510) and a second supply pipe(520) of which one ends are connected to the blowing pump, and of which the other ends are connected to the leachate storage tank in a state that the first supply pipe and the second supply pipe are respectively installed in the first inflow path and the second inflow path; a plurality of first connection pipes(600) installed in the first connection paths of the fermentation tank; a plurality of second connection pipes(700) installed in the second connection paths of the fermentation tank in a state that the second connection pipes are connected to the second discharge path of the fermentation tank; and a plurality of control valves(900) for controlling air ejection or leachate discharge of the first connection pipe and the second connection pipe relative to the fermentation tank. |
