An equipment and a method for micronizing the structure of an Al cylinder head material by rolling friction process are provided to improve physical properties of the Al cylinder head material by contacting a rotating object with a surface of the Al cylinder head material, thereby micronizing and uniformizing the structure of the Al cylinder head material through a physical reaction between the rotating object and the Al cylinder head material. An equipment for micronizing the structure of an Al cylinder head material by rolling friction process comprises: a rotation tool(10) which is disposed in an upper part of an Al cylinder head transferred by a conveyor, and which is frictionally contacted with a surface of the Al cylinder head; and a motor(11) for driving the rotation tool. The rotation tool is rotated by receiving power of the motor through a gear unit(12). The rotation tool has a semispherical contactor(13) formed on a lower contact part thereof. The rotation tool additionally has a body part(15) in which a spring(14) is embedded, and which elastically receives flection of the surface of the spring by using a spline connecting structure of the body part and the spring. |
