PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation mat capable of preventing a heat radiation sheet from boring when the heat radiation mat is wound and folded. SOLUTION: In this heat radiation mat formed by stacking the heat radiation sheet composed of metallic foil on a base material mat layer having grooves in which a pipe is buried, the heat radiation mat has a plurality of bent portions substantially in parallel with one side of the heat radiation mat, and a resin film is stacked on at least one face of the heat radiation sheet of a pipe burying portion of least at the bent portions.
