PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment creating and displaying a fine and favorable three-dimensional ultrasonic image by changing a weighting addition coefficient to voxel data and optimizing a filter coefficient. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment is provided with an ultrasonic probe 11, a transceiver section 12 transmitting/receiving echo signals from the ultrasonic probe 11, a storage section 13 storing signals received by the transceiver section 12, a three-dimensional data creation section 14 creating voxel data by processing the received signals stored in the storage section 13, a signal processing section 16 executing a filtering to the voxel data created by the three-dimensional data creation section, image generation section 17 generating a three-dimensional image of a subject based on the voxel data processed by the signal processing section 16, and an image display section 18 displaying the three-dimensional image generated by the image generation section 17.
