<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel for adjusting various optical characteristics by satisfactorily adjusting the retardation value of film materials even after forming film on different materials on the surface. <P>SOLUTION: This step for manufacturing a touch panel comprises a film formation step S3 for forming a film with a transparent conductive film by forming a transparent conductive film on the surface of base film materials and an annealing step S4 for adjusting the retardation of the base film by integrally carrying out the heat treatment of the film with the transparent conductive film after the film formation step S3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
