PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing parameter determining method capable of more easily determining parameters for performing an image processing. SOLUTION: A user selects an item image for mask image processing. Then when the user commands the start of measurement successively, a sensor part 23 starts measuring motion and a motion parameter calculation part calculates motion parameters. An image processing parameter calculation part 35 calculates image processing parameters for mask image processing by using the calculated motion parameters. After measurements are taken, the image processing parameters are saved in a file for image processing together with data of the item image.
