<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing information management system, a nursing information management server, a nursing information management terminal, a program for the nursing information management server and a program for the nursing information management terminal for preventing any medical mistake by making a staff check, in a real time, a nursing act to be performed, and surely grasp the change of instruction content by a doctor, and for achieving the management of the accurate nursing information by reducing a transfer operation by making the staff to easily input the performance information on the spot. <P>SOLUTION: This nursing information management system is configured of a nursing information management server for managing nursing information relating to the nursing of a patient and a nursing information management terminal carried by a staff relating to the nursing of a patient for transferring nursing information by radio communication with the nursing information management server.
