ANTISTATIC AGENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent capable of imparting remarkably excellent conductivity or antistatic property to resin molded articles, keeping the resin surface in a non-adhesive state and capable of providing excellent blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The antistatic agent is used for imparting antistatic ability to the surfaces of synthetic resin molded articles and the agent is composed of a block copolymer having a graft chain. The graft chain block copolymer has (1) a polymer chain having compatibility to synthetic resins, (2) a hydrophilic polymer chain having a conductive function and (3) a hydrophobic polymer chain for hydrophobilizing the surfaces of the resin molded articles.
