<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote instruction projecting device for instructions between remote places, indicating intentions, etc., in remote video conference etc., using a network line of optical fibers etc. <P>SOLUTION: Video information obtained by an imaging means of photographing an object at a remote place is transmitted via a network and a video output means displays the video information. After a specified drawn object has been selected by an intention display means for an object displayed by the video output means and a display position is determined by the video output means, drawn object information and display position information are converted into electronic data, which are transmitted via the network.
