PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide an excessively carbonized cast iron grating-like frame body structure for streambed and bank protection, simple in assembling and construction, and effectively operating for a marine organism and other environment, while using a thinning material and a bamboo material. SOLUTION: Carbon of a particle of 0.1 mm or more such as artificial graphite, natural graphite, charcoal, bamboo charcoal and activated charcoal is cast in iron by 5% or more, and an excessively carbonized cast iron grating-like plane frame formed of a plurality of horizontal belts and vertical belts is arranged. A frame body with a cover and the bottom is formed by connecting the grating-like plane frame by a connecting tool, and a filler such as a crushed stone, a stone and building waste material concrete is filled inside the frame body.
