PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noxious organism-controlling agent composition that permits both the enhancement in insecticidal activities of a noxious organism-controlling agent containing a phthalamide derivative and the simultaneous execution of treatments with an insecticide, a fruit surface- or leaf surface-protecting agent or the like, an insecticide-spraying treatment and other treatments, its usage and a noxious organism-controlling method using the noxious organism-controlling agent or the like. SOLUTION: The noxious organism-controlling agent comprises a mixture of the phthalamide derivative with the insecticide, the fruit surface- or leaf surface-protecting agent, a fertilizer to be sprayed on leaf surfaces or the like, each containing calcium.
