PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification device for a vehicle and an air purification system for the vehicle, which have an excellent air purification capacity. SOLUTION: The air purification device 9 for the vehicle and the air purification system for the vehicle are comprised of the air purification device 9 for the vehicle equipped with: a hydrogen dissociation permeable layer 10 in which a hydrogen molecule internally dissociates into a radical state and permeates; a hydrogen molecule contact surface 10a which serves as an inlet when the hydrogen molecule enters the inside of the hydrogen dissociation permeable layer 10; a hydrogen feeding means for feeding the hydrogen molecule to the hydrogen molecule contact surface 10a; an air passage in which air to be fed into a cabin 1 passes through; and a hydrogen dissociation discharging surface 10b which is arranged to face the inside of the air passage at the outlet when the hydrogen in the radial state permeates from the hydrogen molecule contact surface 10a side through the hydrogen dissociation permeable layer 10 and is discharged outside, and a hydrogen source storage means 6 for storing water which is the source of the hydrogen molecule to be fed.
