A game system linked with a mobile phone and a game console, and a method therefor are provided to enable multiple users to play a game by offering a common screen and information through a screen display device, and offering the screen and the information for each user through the screen of the mobile phone. A game server(GPS) provides various game contents to the game consoles(C1-Cn), sets up/registers gamer information received from each game console, and executes a game operation. The game server transmits changed A/V(Audio/Video) game data to each game console by operating the game contents based on a key signal and the game information received from each game console, and advances the game by operating a game key operation signal received from each mobile phone(A1-An). Each multi-user game device(B1-Bn) interfaces gamer certification information for the game server, transfers a game joining setting signal of each gamer, outputs the A/V game data received from the game server, interfaces a game event signal of each gamer to the game server, and controls the device by receiving a game operation value from the game server. |
