PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to utilize contents in a variety of use styles unseen before.

SOLUTION: At a content distribution request from a client device, a server device confirms use permission states by one to a plurality of element contents constituting one corresponding content and distributes only element contents which are permitted to be use among the one to the plurality of element contents constituting the one content according to the use permission states by the element contents. The client device receives only the element contents which are permitted to be used from the server device at the content distribution request and uses the received element contents in use styles corresponding to the use permission states. Thus, when the one content comprising the one to the plurality of element contents is distributed, the use permission states by the element contents are confirmed and distribution is performed by the element contents, so content uses in a variety of use styles unseen before become possible.
