An electron emission display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve quality of a displayed image by compensating for brightness non-uniformity due to different scan currents. An electron emission display device includes a pixel unit(100), a data driver(200), a scan driver(300), an adjusting unit(500), and a current measuring unit(400). The pixel unit includes first and second electrodes and displays an image. The data driver delivers a data signal to the first electrode. The scan driver delivers a scan signal to the second electrode. The adjusting unit compares the current of the scan signal, which is outputted from the scan driver, with a reference current, and adjusts the pulse width of the scan signal. The current measuring unit measures the current amount of the scan line.
