PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion type terminal device of a circuit breaker in which the fixing portion of a terminal member and a terminal board does not have loosening with the passage of time and which is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The insertion type terminal device is provided with a terminal member 1 of a rod shape having an engaging recessed part and a flange part at the outer circumference in the middle portion, a terminal board 3 which has a through hole to penetrate and support the terminal member 1, and a ring-shape plate 2 which is formed of a plate of ring shape and has a plurality of engaging pawls 2c that are protruded toward the center at equal spacings at the inner circumference edge and formed by folding so as to be inclined to the plate face. Then, the terminal member is inserted from one side of the terminal board by locking the flange part to the through hole, and the engaging pawls of the ring plate inserted from the other side are engaged with the recessed part of the terminal member, and thereby fix the terminal member to the terminal board by utilizing their spring action force.
