PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission and a construction machine equipped with the power transmission that can be compactly constituted as a whole and reduced in weight. SOLUTION: An internal tooth gear 22 is rotatably supported into a device case 21 through bearings 23, 24 on the outer peripheral surface. A driving gear 26 connected to a drive source is rotatably disposed in the internal tooth gear 22. A gear transmission mechanism 27 comprising a plurality of gears is interposed between the driving gear 26 and the internal tooth gear 22.
