A method for measuring the weight of a liquid crystal in an LCD is provided to prevent the delay of time for measuring the weight of the liquid crystal due to disturbance, by computing the weight of the liquid crystal using measurement data supplied from an electronic scale. A liquid crystal is dropped on an electronic scale. A controller requests the electronic scale to transmit measurement data(S11). The electronic scale transmits the measure data to the controller periodically(S12). It is determined whether data are stabilized or not from the transmitted measurement data(S15). If the data are stabilized as the determining result, the weight of the liquid crystal is computed and the measuring process is ended(S16). If the data are not stabilized as the determining result, the process determining whether data are stabilized or not is repeated till the data are determined to be stabilized. If the data are stabilized at the repeated determining result, the weight of the liquid crystal is computed and the measuring process is ended. |
