The submarine has hulls (1, 5) comprising portholes (2, 6) providing vision from interior of the submarine binnacle towards exterior, and powerful searchlights illuminating the sea bottom. A powerful and noiseless electrical propeller (3) is provided for the operation of the submarine. Floors (4) are provided for more participations of the public and for their reception. Cameras (7) are placed under the portholes for viewing the sea bottom from interior towards exterior from cabins, conference rooms and promenade deck of the submarine.
