An isolated mammalian anti-Interleukin-12 (IL-12) antibody, isolated nucleic acids encoding at least one anti-IL-12 antibody and vectors, isolated host cells and transgenic organisms comprising the isolated nucleic acids are disclosed. The antibody comprises at least one human complementarity determining region, wherein said antibody specifically binds at least one epitope of at least 1-3 amino acids to the entire amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9. The antibodies are for use in the treatment of autoimmunological disorders such as psoriasis, multiple sclerosis and Crohn's disease.
