An apparatus of fixing a device for a vehicle is provided to be easily installed and removed to and from the vehicle through a magnet and to fix the vehicular device to the vehicle without damage. An apparatus of fixing a device for a vehicle includes a base member(10) having an installing unit to fix the vehicular device, and a main fixing member fixed to the base member and having a main magnet(22) attached to a metal member installed in the vehicle and an elastic member(23) adjacent to the main magnet. The elastic member protrudes higher than the main magnet. The main fixing member has an installation recess to install the main magnet. The apparatus further includes an auxiliary fixing member attached to the metal member to support the base member toward the lateral side. The main fixing member has a recess to install the auxiliary fixing member. The recess has a longitudinal rectangular penetrating hole formed in the main fixing member in the longitudinal direction. The auxiliary fixing member has a bending part(31). The auxiliary fixing member has an auxiliary magnet(32) installed in the bending part.
