PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heat insulating holder cover by covering the side face and bottom face of a container such as a can, a bottle, a PET bottle, a paper pack simply by only inserting the container into the holder cover, which is convenient to carry, and becomes in the state of a flat sheet when it is not used. SOLUTION: As for the side face of the container, an envelope-form sheet which is cylindrical and both ends of which are open when it is flat copes with covering of the side face. Regarding the bottom face, a shape of fitting a sheet obtained by two-folding the cross-sectional shape of the trunk of the container with a folding line outside almost copes with covering of the bottom face. The width of the fully open edge of the sheet is half of a value obtained by adding a small gap for smooth insertion to the circumference of the cross section of the trunk of the container for inserting the container.
