PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the resistance of a termination resistor in which modulus precision is required. SOLUTION: A termination resistor 132 provided in an interface circuit includes first to N-th resistor elements 140-1 to 140-N connected in parallel, and first to n-th cutting elements 142-1 to 142-n connected, respectively, with n (1≤n<N) out of first to N-th resistor elements 140-1 to 140-N. The resistance of the termination resistor 132 in which modulus precision is required is adjusted by cutting any of the first to n-th cutting elements 142-1 to 142-n. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
