PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of which the area of the picture frame, having no display region arranged thereon, is reduced as far as possible. SOLUTION: A vertical driving circuit 21 is arranged along a first edge S1 of a display panel 1P on which the display region 10A is arranged. Also a horizontal driving circuit 22 and a control circuit 30 are arranged along a second edge S2 vertically intersecting the first edge S1. A first input circuit 41 is arranged on a region along an edge of the display region 10A out of regions along the third edge S3 facing the first edge S1 of the display panel 1P. Also a first wire 51 connecting the vertical driving circuit 21, the control circuit 30, and the first input circuit 41 to one another is arranged along the third edge S3 facing the first edge S1 and the fourth edge S4 facing the second edge S2.
