PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof cooling structure of a vehicle body free of the risk that noise is emitted from a cooling panel. SOLUTION: Low-temperature liquid is circulated to the cooling panel 2 installed on a roof 1 by a water pump 6 able to control the rate of flow with a rotational variation. Owing to circulation of the low-temperature liquid as described, there is no risk that a shock is generated by a steep change in the rate of flow, likely in a conventional solenoid valve. Accordingly there is no risk that noise is emitted from the cooling panel 2. If the data formed by mapping the intra-room humidity when an intra-room air-conditioner is in operation is accumulated previously, the dew point can be determined on the basis of the data, and also it is possible to suppress the whole system cost by omitting an intra-cabin humidity sensor 10.
