PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make spatial temperature generated in the sample tube uniform by reducing flow of heat flowing into an NMR probe. SOLUTION: A temperature controlling gas 5 is supplied to a heat anchor temperature controlling gas flow passage 11 composed of a sample tube insertion hole 10 around the sample tube 3 and sample tube insertion hole structural bodies 21, 22. A part of the temperature controlling gas 5 is divided into the heat anchor temperature controlling gas flow passage 11 by a temperature controlling gas dividing hole 7 and flows toward a heat anchor 1. The heat anchor 1 is a porous member having holes permeating a gas and is made at the same temperature as the temperature controlling gas 5 by heat exchange with the temperature controlling gas 5. Because the heat anchor 1 is provided on the path of the flow of heat 4 flowing from the outside into the sample tube 3, the temperature controlling gas passes through the heat anchor 1 to absorb the heat flowing from the outside, and the temperature of the sample tube is stabilized.
