The inventive computer-assisted device for internally digitising a bone structure is used in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology and comprises an invasive rigid or semi-rigid part which is introducible and displaceable into a medullary channel or other natural or artificial cavity of a bone structure, wherein said invasive part is provided with one or several measuring elements for localising points on the cavity wall and/or of other internal interfaces of an interesting structure. Said device is also provided with a spatially positioning system for detecting the position and orientation of said measuring elements at any time.
