The invention relates to equipment of reciprocation oil immersible electric magnet pump with cable wire. The electric pump well outlet and an electrically controller are installed at the up end of the equipment. The electric pump well outlet connects the cable wire joint of the pump through the cable wire around the outside of which are an oil pipe and a sleeve pipe. There is a clearance between the oil pipe and the outside of the cable wire. At the lower end of the equipment is installed the plunger of the pump which is accommodated in the lower end of the pump body. A linear motor is installed at the up end of the plunger. The coil of the motor connects the rotor of the motor. When repairing a ground winch can pull out the cable wire and the rotor from the oil well and it is not necessary to bring out the entire oil pipe.
