PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular front and rear part structure capable of increasing the load-absorbing allowance, and capable of improving the freedom degree of setting of a fuel tank. SOLUTION: A peeling means is provided for peeling a hook reinforcing member 7 having a hook member 8 from a spare tire pan 6 by inputting the load from the vehicle rear side to the hook member 8. Regarding a peripheral end around a hook fixing part 11 and a mounting bracket 10, movement by deformation to the vehicle vertical direction is permitted, and a fragile part 12 is provided for abutting an upper surface side 11a of the hook fixing part 11 to a lower surface side 6b of the spare tire pan 6 by inputting the load to the hook part 7 as shown by a reverse arrow mark. A protrusion 13 as a high rigid part for restraining deformation of the hook reinforcing member 7 to the vehicle vertical direction is formed between a spot welding part 9 formed near a front end 7b of the hook reinforcing member 7 and the hook fixing part 11 separately arranged and fixing the hook member 8.
