<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a cold bathroom and a cold floor of a washing place of the bathroom are not good for health when an elderly person takes a bath in winter, and that it is necessary to wet the floor surface by sprinkling water upon washing the floor of the washing place. <P>SOLUTION: A tab 2 is provided on a surface of a drain-grating 1 of the washing place of the bathroom. A drain pipe 3 is fitted to a reverse face of the drain-grating 1. A drain port is lifted by holding the tab 2 and pulling up the drain pipe 3 along a grating receiver 4. Hot water can be retained on the floor of the washing place of the bathroom to the level of the lifted drain port. By retaining the hot water on the floor of the washing place, a floor surface temperature can be raised and the whole bathroom can be warmed.
