<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone mass-increasing composition having a remarkable efficacy usable in prevention/treatment of bone-disease, in detail, to provide an osteogenesis promoting composition, a bone absorption inhibiting composition, prophylaxis/therapeutic agent for bone-disease, functional foods or food materials for prevention/treatment of bone-disease, functional fodder or materials for fodder. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the bone mass-increasing composition, in detail, to the osteogenesis promoting composition, the bone absorption inhibiting composition, the prophylaxis/therapeutic agent for bone-disease, comprising, as active component, pollen dumplings (pollen blocks composed of honey and pollen) or treated product of the pollen dumplings of clovers, radish, Cistus X purpureus, rapeseed, Camellia sinensis, buckwheat, etc., especially extract of pollen dumplings obtained by extracting the dumplings with water or ethanol.
