PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fasteners for personal belongings used for opening and closing a right and a left parts of a front body or a back body of clothing such as a jacket, shirt, fur coat or the like, and also used as a fastener for a fastening part of a shawl, muffler or the like, or for an opening of a bag or the like. SOLUTION: A male fastening member J1 comprises male-side attaching ring parts 3 and 3 formed on both base ends by bending and processing a wire material 1 for fastening to a first attached body 2, male inserting parts 4 extending longitudinally from the male-side attaching ring parts, and a hook-like engaging part 5 provided on a back face of the male inserting parts 4 by folding toward the base ends. A female fastening member J2 comprises approximately ring-like female-side attaching ring parts 7 formed on both base ends by bending and processing the wire material 1 for fastening to a second attached body 6 which can be connected to the first attached body 2, a closed engaged ring part 8 which is provided on the female-side attaching ring parts for engaging and disengaging the engaging parts 5.
