A display device is provided to stably contact a back of a package body with a radiating pad by stably mounting an integrated circuit chip package on a printed circuit board, and prevent short-circuit caused by contact between a solder on connection pads and a solder on the radiating pad. A display panel displays an image. An integrated circuit chip package has an integrated circuit chip, a package body(24) covering the integrated circuit chip, and a lead frame electrically connecting the integrated circuit chip with the outside. A printed circuit board(44) is mounted with the integrated circuit chip package for supplying a driving signal to the display panel, having connection pads(442) connected with the lead frame, and a radiating pad(441) corresponding to a back of the package body. An overlapped area of the radiating pad and the package body is placed between non-overlapped areas.
