A faucet for hot water and cold water is provided to save water by setting hydraulic pressure and quantity of hot water or cold water, and to use the faucet conveniently by instantaneously opening or closing a valve. A faucet includes a cold water pipe(10) supplying cold water; a hot water pipe(20) supplying hot water; a mixed water pipe(30) where the hot water and the cold water are mixed, provided with a discharge port(31) discharging mixed water; a cold water valve(100) installed in the cold water pipe to regulate hydraulic supply pressure and quantity of cold water; a hot water valve(200) installed in the hot water pipe to regulate hydraulic supply pressure and quantity of hot water; and a mixed water valve(300) installed in the mixed water pipe to adjust hydraulic pressure and quantity of mixed water regardless of the hot or cold water valve. A rotary knob(110) is installed to accurately regulate hydraulic pressure and quantity of cold water, hot water and mixed water by digitizing, and the rotational angle of the rotary knob is indicated by forming a scale.
